Launch of dialogue conference between the representatives of the world's traditional religions in Kazakhstan With the participation of the WMCC

The work of the sixth session of the Dialogue Conference between representatives of the world's traditional religions was launched under the slogan "Faith Leaders for a Secure World" in the capital city of Kazakhstan Astana with the participation of HE Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the World Muslim Communities Council, and his Excellency Dr. Mohamed Bechari, Secretary-General of the World Muslim Communities Council.

Dr. Mohamed Bechari said in a press statement that the role of Muslim societies with other components of society was to foster understanding and coexistence, and to put forward a cultural and intellectual draft. He explained that the challenge is to reach a secure and stable society free from the causes of clash and wars.

He added that the Charter of the World Muslim Communities Council emphasizes the importance of dialogue between followers of religions and cultures to achieve human fraternity.

Alongside the conference, Dr. Mohamed Bechari, Secretary-General of the World Muslim Communities Council, met his eminence Sheikh Rawi al-Din, Mufti of the Republic of Russia, his Excellency Grand Mufti of Azerbaijan Shaykh al-Islam Allah Shakerzadeh, the head of the religious departments of the Caucasus countries and Dr. William F. Vendley, Secretary-General at Religions for Peace International in America.
