The World Muslim Communities Council is participating in the Strategic Vision Group Conference: Russia – Islamic World, held in the city of Kazan on May 15–16, 2026, under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the participation of a number of religious, intellectual, and decision-making leaders from various countries around the world.
The Council is represented at the conference by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Bechari, Secretary-General, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote intercultural dialogue and international cooperation, and to advance partnerships that support the values of coexistence, stability, and mutual understanding among peoples.
