TWMCC Participates in International Scientific and Practical Conference in Dagestan

The World Muslim Communities Council (TWMCC) is taking part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference organised by Dagestan State Pedagogical University named after Rasul Gamzatov in Russia, in cooperation with Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities in the UAE, under the title: “Quality of Learning: Towards Effective and Sustainable Education.” The conference is being held from 30 September to 3 October 2025.
HE Dr Mohamed Bechari, TWMCC Secretary-General, will deliver a lecture entitled: “When Differences Become a Value: Towards a New Educational Philosophy for Teaching People of Determination.”
The conference includes a number of workshops and sessions highlighting the importance of an inclusive approach within the educational environment and the role of cultural integration in developing teaching methods. It also features research and academic contributions from a distinguished group of professors and researchers from Russian and Arab universities, covering specialised topics such as special education, educational inclusion, and the role of modern technologies in advancing education.
The conference also focuses on strengthening academic cooperation between universities and exchanging expertise in the fields of education and scientific research.
