The World Muslim Communities Council Condemns Terrorist Attack in Moscow*

The World Muslim Communities Council strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a shopping mall in the suburbs of Moscow, which resulted in deaths and injuries to dozens of people.


The council affirms its categorical rejection of all opportunistic attempts that exploit religion to achieve political goals. It also emphasizes its firm principled position that believes in the sanctity of human life regardless of religion, race, or color, and the prohibition of harming it under any false justifications.


TWMCC stressed in its statement its denunciation and permanent rejection of all terrorist practices that target innocent people, incite hatred, and seek to undermine security and stability. These practices contradict human, religious, and ethical values and principles.


The council expresses its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, and wishes the injured a speedy recovery.
