Chairman of TWMCC During his Participation in the Emerging Peacemakers Forum: Youth are the Ones Who Make the Future

HE Dr Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of The World Muslim Communities Council (TWMCC), emphasised that youth are the ones who create the future, calling on the youth participating in the Emerging Peacemakers Forum to arm themselves with science and knowledge and work to spread the values of peace, coexistence, dialogue, acceptance, and respect for others.


In his lecture as part of the activities of the sixth day of the forum organised by the Muslim Council of Elders in Geneva, the Council Chairman said that the UAE represents a pioneering model of diversity, coexistence, tolerance, and acceptance of the other. Where more than 200 nationalities of various religions, cultures, and nationalities live on its land in social integration.


The Chairman of The World Muslim Communities Council  praised the efforts made by the Muslim Council of Elders chaired by His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, thanking His Eminence for his belief in youth and his keenness to encourage them and give them the opportunity to innovate, create their own future and lead societies for the better.


The Chairman of the Council directed at the forum, saying: You must work hard to spread the values of peace, coexistence and tolerance, and believe in yourself and your ability to shape the future.


The second edition of the Emerging Peacemakers Forum was launched in Geneva, Switzerland, organised by the Muslim Council of Elders, chaired by His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders, in partnership with the World Council of Churches and the Rose Castle Foundation, from 6 to 14 July, with the participation of 50 young men and women from around the world.
