TWMCC Secretary-General Receives the Head of the Islamic Dawah Center in Latin America

HE Dr Mohamed Bechari, Secretary-General of The World Muslim Communities Council, received Mr Ahmed Ali Saifi, head of the Islamic Dawah Center in Latin America, at the Council's headquarters in Abu Dhabi today, Thursday, 6 October, 2022.



The head of the Islamic Dawah Center in Latin America carried HE Dr Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the World Muslim Communities Council, and HE Dr Mohamed Bechari, Secretary-General of The World Muslim Communities Council, an official invitation to participate in the 35th conference for Muslims in Latin America and Caribbean, which is scheduled to be held in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo from 18 to 20 November, with the participation of more than 100 personalities from all over Latin America and the Caribbean Islands.


The two parties also discussed the outcomes of the conference, which will address the topic (American Muslims in the face of the phenomenon of hatred), which serves the issues of peace, tolerance and coexistence in Muslim societies.


At the end of the meeting, HE Dr Mohamed Bechari, Secretary-General of The World Muslim Communities Council, and Mr Ahmed Ali Saifi, head of the Islamic Dawah Center in Latin America, exchanged commemorative shields.


The World Muslim Communities Council is an international non-governmental organisation, that was established on 8 May, 2018 in Abu Dhabi. It includes more than 900 Islamic organisations and institutions from 142 countries. It is a think tank for helping organisations and associations operating in Muslim communities, renewing their thinking, improving their performance, and coordinating its joint work.
